IoT security

IoT security

More things than ever are connected to the Internet. Together with traditional computers and servers this new Internet of Things (IoT) will be the foundation of many critical services and our daily life will depend on its availability and reliable operations. Therefore, among other issues, the challenge of cyber security must be addressed. The lack of a user interface and unattended deployments hinder relying on traditional methods such as initial authentication using a username and a password (which also becomes a weak link in security).

This talk will discuss solutions to overcome these challenges.
